Method for manufacturing a seedling-raising machine

The fabrication of a seedling-raising machine centers on mechanical design and system integration, typically following a workflow of conceptual design, component fabrication, machine assembly, and debugging/optimization. During the design phase, the overall structural layout is determined based on seedling production requirements; this involves modules such as the tray feeding system, substrate filling unit, seeding mechanism, soil covering device, and spraying system. Component fabrication involves manufacturing and selecting parts-such as the frame, conveyor belt, seeding needle plate, hopper, gears, and electrical control components-in accordance with design blueprints. The frame typically utilizes a welded structural steel design to ensure strength and stability, while critical moving parts undergo precision machining or the use of high-quality standard components to enhance operational accuracy and durability. Additionally, the electrical system incorporates PLC controllers, sensors, and drive motors to establish the foundation for automated control.

 

The various system modules are installed sequentially, followed by integrated testing that focuses on conveyor synchronization, seeding precision, and the effectiveness of soil covering and spraying. Parameters such as conveying speed, air pressure, and seeding spacing are iteratively adjusted to achieve stable equipment operation. Once trial runs are successfully completed, the machine is ready for actual production use to meet the demands of large-scale seedling cultivation.
