Product Introduction

Our double axis rotary tiller is made for farmers who want to save field passes. Instead of tilling once, then going over the field again, this machine does it all in one pass. It uses two rotating blade shafts – the front shaft turns slower, and the rear shaft turns faster. The front shaft chops and covers straw and weeds. The rear shaft does a second, finer tillage. A heavy roller at the back then presses the soil flat. You get chopped straw mixed into the soil, two rounds of tilling, and firm seedbed preparation, all in one trip across the field.

The double axis rotary tiller works with high horsepower tractors from 70 to 100 HP. Working width is 1.4 meters. It uses 36 rotary tilling blades and 48 stubble breaking blades. The casing is high strength, and the drive is an intermediate transmission. This setup handles heavy crop residue well, especially after rice or wheat. Farmers choose this machine because it breaks soil better than single axle tillers, adapts to different field conditions, and cuts total field time significantly. Less fuel, less labor, and better soil preparation for the next crop.

FAQ

Q1: Can this double axis rotary tiller handle corn stalks?

A1: Yes, but let the stalks dry for a few days first. Wet corn stalks may wrap around the blades and affect performance.

Q2: What are the speeds of the front and rear blade shafts?

A2: The front shaft runs slower to chop and cover straw. The rear shaft runs faster for fine tilling. Exact speeds depend on your tractor PTO speed and gear ratio.

Q3: What tractor horsepower do I need for this machine?

A3: Recommended 70 to 100 HP. Less power will reduce working depth and speed.
