Installation Steps For The Seedling Raising Machine

Before installing the seedling machine, site preparation is essential; the installation area must be level and dry, with reliable power and water supplies. Adequate operating space should be allocated based on the equipment's dimensions, and the floor's load-bearing capacity must be verified to prevent displacement or vibration that could compromise operational precision. Additionally, the equipment inventory should be checked to ensure all components are present and undamaged prior to installation.

The main installation phase typically begins with assembling the frame and leveling the unit to ensure structural stability and a horizontal orientation for the conveyor tracks. Next, the conveyor system, substrate supply unit, seeding mechanism, soil-covering device, and spraying system are installed sequentially; modules must be securely connected according to the design specifications, ensuring precise alignment of drive components. Particular attention must be paid to bolt tightness during installation to prevent loosening or misalignment during subsequent operation.

The electrical and commissioning phase involves wiring the control system-connecting the PLC control cabinet, motors, and sensors-followed by power-on testing. A no-load test is conducted to verify the coordinated operation of all mechanisms, followed by a gradual load test to fine-tune seeding precision, conveyor speed, and spraying parameters. The equipment may only be put into formal operation once stable performance is confirmed, thereby ensuring the continuity and reliability of the seedling production process.
